IDREO Cave Explorer
This training program is designed to provide technical deep divers with the experience of diving in cave-like environments.
Intense skill mastery and actual experience building form the foundation of this program. This is achieved by providing comprehensive information, using the most current procedures, and applying sound techniques to safely explore underwater caves and/or cave-like above-ground environments.
The IDREO 'Cave Explorer' training is performance-oriented and divided into 2 certification levels: 'Cave Explorer Level 1' and 'Cave Explorer Level 2'. This allows each student to learn theoretical knowledge and practical skills at their own pace.
During the training, various topics are covered, including:

- Secondary permanent lines;
- "T's";
- Temporary lines, jumps, and gaps;
- Dive accident analysis;
- Environmental conservation, the impact of a diver in a cave;
- Complex navigation;
- Circuits;
- Traverses;
- Research techniques;
- Advanced gas management and planning;
- Stages and deco cylinder use;
